The GZ Lab One is a batch seed treatment machine designed to combine mobility, practicality, and efficiency in a compact and easy-to-operate piece of equipment.
With its lightweight and innovative structure, it is ideal for manual transportation, benchtop use, and applications that require agility without compromising treatment quality.
The equipment performs the application of liquid and powder products on seeds from various crops, using an atomizing spinner and centrifugal disc to ensure uniform distribution and excellent coating homogenization. All components that come into contact with the treatment process are manufactured from high-resistance materials such as UHMW and stainless steel, providing greater durability, corrosion resistance, and operational safety.
The GZ Lab One features a manual operating system through an ergonomic control panel equipped with easy-to-use buttons and switches. It includes rotation control through a frequency inverter, allowing greater precision in the operation of the centrifugal disc and atomizing spinner, as well as a timer for batch time control.
The equipment also features an integrated air turbine responsible for directing airflow into the treatment chamber, increasing the drying efficiency of the products applied to the seeds. Its functional structure provides a more practical, precise, and efficient treatment process for different field and laboratory needs.
