Structure: Robust structure made of steel, allows the equipment to work on any floor, without the need for anchor bolts, and can be used in different environments.

Sieve box: The sieve box is made from galvanized sheet metal, which makes it easier to clean when changing sieves. It has a guide rail system with high-strength rubber seals, which guarantee the tightness and sealing of the sieve frames.

Sieve frames: The sieve frames are made of steel and have rubber balls that act on the underside of the sieves to clear the holes in the sieves, which end up getting stuck with seeds and dirt in the process.

Air system: The air cleaning system is carried out by blowing air generated by the classifier's turbine. With a high air flow rate, the system has two fan pressure control registers and a drawer that makes it possible to regulate the point at which the blown impurities are discarded. The heavy impurities separated by the air are collected through a chute and conveyed to the coarse impurities disposal chute, and the light impurities and dust are discharged into the environment. An additional turbine and cyclone system are optional for treating and collecting these impurities.

Transportation: The sorter must be moved by winch or forklift.

Supply: It has an upper hopper for supply, equipped with a fine-adjustment flap drawer for regulating the flow of seeds, with acrylic sights on the sides that make it easy to see the process.
