Structure:
Robust structure made of steel, allows the equipment to work on any floor, without the need for anchor bolts, and can be used in different environments.
Sieve box: The sieve box is made from galvanized sheet metal, which makes it easier to clean when changing sieves. It has a guide rail system with high-strength rubber seals, which guarantee the tightness and sealing of the sieve frames.

Sieve frames:
The sieve frames are made of steel and have rubber balls that act on the underside of the sieves to clear the holes in the sieves that end up getting stuck with seeds and dirt in the process.

Air system:
The air cleaning system is carried out by the negative pressure system, the air pulls the dirt from the product inlet and over the intermediate sieve, the impurities collected go to the decantation chamber, where the heavier impurities are decanted and discarded, the lighter impurities follow the air flow and are directed to the cyclone. In this way, the machine keeps the working environment completely clean and dust-free.

Transportation:
The classifier must be moved using a winch or forklift truck.

Supply:
It has an upper hopper for filling, equipped with a fine adjustment flap drawer for regulating the flow of seeds, it has side acrylic visors that make it easy to see the process.
