Fertilyzer is an advanced fertilizer coating system designed to optimize the use and benefits of fertilizers. This system incorporates significant improvements that directly impact application efficiency and crop health.

The coating performs several crucial functions. Firstly, it gives the granules a superior finish, resulting in greater fluidity and uniformity during application. This improves the overall yield of the crop, ensuring a more even distribution of nutrients.

In addition, the coating can help control the release of active ingredients and chemicals, as well as reducing leaching. Consequently, Fertilyzer can act indirectly in the fight against pests, optimizing the availability of essential nutrients for plants.

The coating is also effective in preventing the granules from caking, a common problem that makes application difficult. In addition, it minimizes the formation of dust, avoiding product losses and discomfort during handling, since the chemical components that volatilize do not reach the target in the crop.

Another important advantage of Fertilyzer is the ability to incorporate micronutrients into the fertilizer, thus expanding the functionalities of the final product. The coating also offers additional protection during storage, as certain components can inhibit moisture absorption, preserving the quality of the fertilizer for longer.

As for the machine itself, the Fertilyzer is equipped with two separate tanks for liquid fertilizers, allowing for the precise application of nutrients or polymers. It also has a high capacity for applying powders. The system's approximate output is 7 tons per hour, which can vary depending on the type of fertilizer and the dosage used. The Fertilyzer is versatile and can be used with both synthetic and organic fertilizers, always respecting the machine's operating limits.
