GZ LAB

The GZ LAB is a batch machine designed for laboratory seed treatment, where the liquid product is distributed by an atomizing spinner, while the homogenization of the coating on the seed is carried out by the machine's centrifugal disc, in which all the components in contact with the treatment are made of stainless steel. The batch treatment is manually operated by the control panel, using buttons and switches positioned ergonomically on the frame. It is used to apply chemical products in liquid and powder form to the seeds of various crops:
- Treatment chamber: composed of the fixed chamber, centrifugal batch disk, atomizing spinner and acrylic inspection cover;
- Seed intake: by previously weighing the seed on a precision scale (not included) and then inserting it manually into the treatment chamber;
- Application of liquid product: by hand, using a previously calibrated precision syringe, directing it onto the atomizing spinner;
- Powder application: manually, via a previously calibrated precision container, discharging it directly into the seed stream;
-Air turbine: directs a flow of air directly into the treatment chamber, increasing the drying efficiency of the products applied to the seeds;
- Discharge nozzle: directs the treated seeds coming out of the machine into a collection container, from the manual opening lid with spring return;
- Control panel: made up of the electrical/electronic components that drive and protect the machine's motors. It has a frequency inverter to control the rotation of the centrifugal disk and the atomizing spinner, as well as a timer to set the duration of the batch by means of a light signal.
