- It works on the ground and is made up of a lifting structure with an easy-to-operate platform and retractable ladder, guaranteeing the operator safety and better visibility of procedures when operating. It eliminates the need to use tools for positioning, guaranteeing the equipment a reduction in floor space when moving/transporting.
- The mixer system is only driven by an electric motor, which can be single-phase or three-phase (see price increase).
- The seed is discharged by gravity through a directing chute that operates by manually opening a quick drawer, which has a spring-loaded pin to lock it in the fully open or closed position. This allows the mixing system to be switched off while the seed is being unloaded.
- It applies liquid products and powders (graphite / drier) to the seed, all in the same operation.
- Seeds must be loaded into the hopper by big bag or sack via forklift or winch (in the case of lightweight sacks, this can be done manually).
- The seeds are mixed in batches of no more than 200 kg each. It can work in batches of less than 200 kg, but the limit is a minimum of 50 kg.
- Quick and easy calculation of the quantity of products to be applied, without complex electrical adjustments or sampling.
- Tank for applying liquid products with a capacity of 3.5 liters, with an outlet valve that makes it easy to control the application time. Application is via gravity, through an easy-to-clean tubular drip applicator.
- The mixing system is made up of a central auger, guaranteeing fast and homogeneous mixing.
- The mixing system also has a protective grid at its upper end, making it inaccessible and guaranteeing operator safety.
